Where we ship
Vel & Wick ships within Canada. International shipping is not available yet; we hope to offer it later. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Processing and delivery
Please allow an estimated 2–3 business days for an order to be prepared before it ships. Weekends and Canadian public holidays are not business days. During busy periods, processing can take longer; we will share an update if there is a significant delay.
We use Canada Post or a comparable carrier for Canadian deliveries. Shipping options, charges and any estimated transit window will be shown before checkout when ordering is available. Transit times begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking, addresses and damage
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address on your order after dispatch. Please check your shipping address before submitting an order; an incorrect or incomplete address can delay delivery or result in a carrier return.
If a candle arrives damaged, reply to your order confirmation within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review a replacement or refund.
